Do you ship internationally?
Yes — We offer worldwide shipping. However, international customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary significantly by country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid to receive your shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeframes depend on the print type and any custom options:
• Archival paper prints: 2-3 weeks
• Metal prints: 3-4 weeks
• Acrylic prints: 4-6 weeks
• Custom framed pieces: 6-8 weeks
WHAT FRAMING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Archival paper prints can be custom framed with your choice of museum-quality frames and archival matting. I work with master framers who use only acid-free materials and UV-protective glazing.
Acrylic prints can be finished with exquisite custom frames crafted from premium hardwoods and specialty finishes. These frames are specifically designed to complement the modern aesthetic of acrylic prints while providing elegant finished edges.

Can I return or exchange my order?
As each print is custom-produced specifically for you upon order, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production begins. Production starts immediately upon order confirmation. This is standard practice throughout the fine art photography industry due to the custom nature of the work.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
Important: Inspect the package carefully upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the outer packaging, note it with the delivery driver and photograph everything before opening. Contact us within 48 hours with photographs of both the packaging and any damage to the artwork.
Keep all packaging materials, as they’re required for insurance claims. We will handle all communication with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement print to be produced and shipped immediately.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE SIZE OR IMAGE AFTER ORDERING?
Once production has begun, changes cannot be made to the size, print medium, or image selection. Because production starts immediately and materials are custom-ordered for your specific piece, modifications are not possible after order confirmation. We encourage you to take time to carefully consider your selection.
